Wessex golden brick?

Can anyone tell me about this if they have any experience?
I am contemplating grabbing a brick, but I would like to know more

It's been quite a while since I have had any Wessex tobacco.

I loved the Wessex Brigade... Apple.

It bit like a junk yard dog, but tasted oh-so-good.

I've never heared about Wessex tobacco, I know only Wessex pipes, and they are very good however their collection is very limited and not easy available.

Gold Brick is an enjoyable Virginia Blend that is both light and complex in character. It's a bit of work to cube it into smokable size but worth the effort. This is a smoke for those who enjoy the Virginias without heavy casings. I like it and find that it gets smoked quickly once I cut a brick up.

I found it a bit underwhelming, but if you will note the post above mine, you'll see that a meerschaum will bring a bit more out of it than a Ten Russians laden briar.
