@newbroom Thank you sir, I greatly appreciate the well wishes. Today is a bit better than yesterday. Sore as hell of course. Getting sick off the nicotine in the Dunhill didn't help last night either. Didn't realize it was that much stronger than what I have been smoking.

you repeatedly confuse the word "there" for the word "their."
I also have a hard time not saying something about poor grammar. If you're going to hang out here folks, learn to PROOFREAD and EDIT your posts. There's only 10 minutes after posting to EDIT a post.

On the phone with P&C trying to appeal my case, but Sal pushes me towards "tough luck" result.

Waiting for manager to pick up a phone. Of cause supervisor isn't available again and Sal refusing to relay my issue to anybody else.

The simple notion of putting the kit together gets a respond "how do you know we have that in stock?". Like I said - horrible experience.

My issue isn't about refund, that was done. The issue is giving me false information, confirming it multiple times, saying that my order is ready to ship, marking it as shipped andin the end getting a FU from them.

 
It's the contents of that stupid customer appreciation box that has all of these panties in a wad? Jeesh! Well, let that teach them P&C folks a lesson about giving a good deal to their customers. Last time they gave away some boxes for free, and people still got wadded drawers, because it had a few cigars in there, or different blends from the person next door to them, or included a cigar cutter. Shees, I hope P&C stops all of this nonsense of trying to give stuff away or making deal boxes. Screw them for offering folks a deal on stuff.
In all seriousness, they are most likely just getting rid of stuff that no one orders to clean out a closet somewhere. I still have pouches and pouches of free crap tobacco in my cellar that was given to me by them. I won't smoke it, but I am not going to whine about it.

Come on, aren't we supposed to be pipe smoking men here (forgive me pipesmoking ladies). Whining and hand wringing on the forum is very unbecoming. It doesn't match your shoes. :wink:

I was told on the phone and by email from P&C customer service that the pipe can not be returned because I smokes it.
This is a non-argument to me. As others said, their returns policy is clearly stated. Not only that, but I am not sure what dealer would take back a pipe that has been smoked. If you can't tell that the drilling is off before smoking, that is on you.
