I'm almost embarrassed to say my weight loss described earlier left me basically thin again (but after like almost 30 years - thank goodness I still had some elasticity in my skin or whatever, but who cares, I'm healthier and that really is the whole point).

Still, the last few weeks for various reasons I've backslid a bit - started drinking Coke more than once a week, kept grabbing mochas and whatever pastry was handy most mornings when out and about for work, wife kept buying potato chips and dip ("you keep eating them I thought you wanted them again") and so forth - before you know it, stomach feels just a little "bloated" - no moron, it's fat in there, and the scale says up 4.5!

Easy to let food be an outlet for life's frustrations - just need to hope you notice and address it early and often - I think I'll address that tomorrow! :ROFLMAO:

"you keep eating them I thought you wanted them again"

Yep.

I place 90% of the blame on my wife for my weight gain.

She was trying to fatten me up from day one.
