I have purchased tobacco from Outwest Tobacco for about a year and a half now, they are wonderful people to deal with!

They don't make a big deal out of it, but they do offer a "Customer Appreciation Discount". Returning customers earn a discount off future invoices that, I believe, is based on your cumulative purchases. So the longer you remain a customer the better the discount. It surprised the heck outta me when they first implemented it. Never expected a break like that.
