well according to several aussies I've spoken to it's a short safe swim. And despite having no reason to trust them, for the entertainment value I chose to believe them implicitly. They assure me it be a few minute light swim/stroll. Oh yes almost forgot they said most babies stay in shape by swimming there and back before breakfast.
