I like their Simply Red (have not tried the Orange) and Rouxgaroux, both are to me infinitely better with age on them.

I have some of their 558 from a few years ago in mylar that i still haven't tried.

I just went to their site, granted I have not been there in 8 or so months but looks like there has been a decent price hike there as well.

I was unable to find anything about it having Perique on the Internet outside of this thread. I also can’t taste it in the blend. But if Ernie says it’s so then it is.

Be prepared to find Rouxgaroux sharp at first, like a tart red berry assault. A little much, but stick it away to smooth for 6 months and you’ll be very surprised, it’s just delightful. Creamy, dark fruit leathers or like a cranberry ginger ale, sparkly and smooth.
