Given that he was ejected into space off screen and never spoken of again he can't really be a great leader at all...
Hopefully Disney will go bankrupt sooner than later and someone can get the script George handed over with the sale of his studio.
Then again, I've always questioned whether George values his own creation, maybe it's best if the fate of the galaxy is left to the realm of imagination.
