Ebay’s Your best bet. Though they only come up maybe 3 or 4 times per year. So you gotta be real vigilant in your search/monitoring.
Me too… and the guy lives just down the road a bit from me.

Good luck, probably looking at $425 to $600 for smoked. Look at Ryan Alden as an alternative . He did some time learning from Rad . I have a number of pipes from both, difficult to tell the difference when smoking.
I don't want to blow up anybodys spot or I would post a link, but there is a beautiful one on the bay right now unsmoked for a good price at auction and a nice shape. Luckily I'm not in the auction or it would be coming home with me 
Go to his instagram. He takes custom orders. You can even just ask him to make whatever he wants. He is a really nice guy.

I bought one new, but many years old, from a forum member who had it listed on here awhile back. It was gorgeous, but was just too darn big once I had it in hand and knew long term I’d just look at it and didn’t want to smoke it and ruin it for someone else, so I listed it here and sold it to another forum member who seemed very happy to get it. So, keep an eye open, you never know. A little bird tells me @pipestud may have a nice little Ryan Alden coming up for sale within the next 2-3 weeks.
