I wanna know how it was drilled!
Ser Jacopo has a process to drill curved airways. I have no idea how they do it, they keep it under pretty tight wraps. This pipe is actually fairly tame for the Insanus series, some of them are very strange.

I DIG IT ! ! ! Definitely a novelty conversation piece, but there is something about it that makes me want to smoke it.

Very different to say the least! As for the the drilling??... looks to me like a standard drill bit could drill in a straight line from one corner of the stem mortise to one corner of the bowl...

There are a few flexishaft drilling rigs out there what would do this if you were good with it.
