Vintage Pipe Stand

I bought this pipe stand recently from a local vintage store.

Very tidy porcelain stand, made in Italy. Dark brown with a tan leather strip around the base.

Fantastic, most vintage stands don't easily fit modern pipe sizes/shapes, but that looks very versatile.

Thanks all, the pouch was another vintage market find. There is a bit of good stuff out there though not as much as I'd like. Good pipes seem to be hard to find, though I did get a very nice churchwarden a few days ago.

Everyone needs a few pipe stands around the house as bus stops for the pipes. That's an especially good looking example. Then there are those sitters you can park anywhere.
