Is there a way of identifying who reports the most posts for moderation? If so, I vote you change their status to snitch

It's Kevin's site and he can categorize folks however he likes. However, it seems kind of manipulative and sophomoric to me. Everyone is entitled to an opinion.

Exactly. I always chuckle at the “esteem” given to post counts and/or sign up date, pictures of unicorn tobaccos, etc..
