Actually zero replies with an out of production blend so far
Due to the MacBaren/Sutliffocalypse, you'll need to remove all Sutliff blends from this list, as well as Capstan Yellow, Watch City Rhythm & Blues, Mac Baren HH Pure Virginia, Watch City Old Dominion, Mac Baren Old Dark Fired, Watch City Slices, Peretti #8 Slices, Seattle Pipe Club Plum Pudding Special Reserve, and the Hearth & Home blends.
Hearth and Home Black House is still readily available at P & C, as are SPC Plum Pudding and Plum Pudding Reserve. There is still time to cellar them if you are of a mind and aren't bothered by P & C (I am not).
That's as may be, but for an ongoing recommendation list, it seems shortsighted to leave them on if their availability is nearing an end.
Plus, when it comes to SPC, it remains to be seen if the new C&D versions actually compare with the older ones.

Why would you take a thread from another forum and post it here?
I have purchased both Bosun and coniston in the last 2 months in the UK.As stated buy the GH rep on here,blends that are available , need to be ordered by the US importer for them to appear in the US.
GH appear to be shipping much more regularly than in past times.

LOL. I *knew* I'd seen this list somewhere, I had just assumed it was from here on PMag.
Well if you define each category by specific rules you can get rid of alot on the list.
If you separate the list by "can I get it in usa" you narrow it down even more.
But with the list itself having been created by a specific forum to its own biases and preferences, I am sad because although the individual blends could be nice, Dan tobacco has at least 70 blends leaving its production floor that could be substituted into the list very easily.
It's not the old days anymore.
