It sounds like a question only you can answer. Others have voiced their opinons and all have merit, but it's really about you! Pipes can be enjoyed in many ways, there are pipes I own that have not been smoked, will they? Maybe, when the time feels right. So, if she calls to you then pick your favorite tobacco and enjoy. She's beautiful either way! Congrats!

I have several 100 year old pipes, including a few that were unsmoked when I got them. None of them are museum/collector pieces and are of interest only to me and perhaps a few of the Forums members here. Monetary wise, if sold, they are not going to add substantially to my or my wife's retirement funds. Our two boys not only don't smoke, but are ardently anti-smoking, so they will have zero interest in keeping my pipes except as a memento, perhaps.

I bought them to enjoy, and I sure enjoy smoking them a hell of a lot more than just looking at them. My two cents :)
