Unique GBD Hallmark Markings

Merry Christmas. I bought a few pipes that had some unique markings on the silver. I think I’ve seen the windmill or cross before but can’t place it. First one is from France, second one has no COM, other than the assay. Does anyone have any history on these?

the second one as you probably know, hallmarked for London 1901 Adolphe Oppenheimer (GBD were part of oppenheimer group)

Yeah, that one’s is pretty straight forward with the exception of the crown and other marking. But I can’t pin it down what they may be.[/url]
