I received this today... my first impressions
a. It is exceedingly beautiful - Not that I have seen a lot of Meers and handywork, but at least to my untrained eye, did not see any flaws

b. It passes the tongue test for single block meers

c. They are HUGE, but I would assume I would smoke it after I fill it in half

d. The stem for Dr. Watson is slightly loose, but I think it is more to do with me

e. Dr. Watson is signed by an unknown carver

f. Sherlock Holmes is not signed
Will post pictures later... but definitely worth much more than I paid for!!!
