You can see if Ian Walker of Northern Briars does pipe stems for other pipes than his own.
Yes he did one for me on a non Northern Briars pipe.

Ian didn’t do a bang up job on his own pipe. He’s offered to fix it, but it’s basically trash to me.

The Danish Pipe Shop offers Peterson replacement stems.
They will also re-stem with either vulcanite or acrylic.
Reasonably priced and quick service.

I got a 2nd stem from Peterson that was for one of their pipes. It came out great.

I had a problem just getting Obsidian oil from Denmark.
You telling me this is a P-lip stem?? Well, crap on a cracker.
ok its in the EU but Bollitto pipe list 2 sizes of bent plip in stock at a price which even including any import seem reasonable.

I currently have 2 pipes with them for new stems cost 38 Euros each plus postage.
So not cheap ,you must send the stummel as they fit each one individually

Mark says that he believes the 314 was the smaller of the two P-Lips. I’m Looking forward to sorting it! Quite a few options now. Including one pipe restorer who lives very close to me so I can pay a visit.
I've found somebody who may be able to help who is local to me. Simon Wright of Fareham in the U.K. I'm going to take the 314 to him as he may have the correct P-Lip in stock. Worth a visit anyway.
Mr.G Watson is the very best on the old continent, not the cheapest but the very best, as far as to Mr.I Walker at Northern Briars, he is a very skillful man no doubt but his operations take more than average time to complete ,then we have Mike at BlakemarBriars UK, on the continental EU I can not recommend anyone if your pipe represents certain collector value,yet I'd think twice before sending any higher end pipe for the repair to the Danish pipe shop,
and vice versa
