great point. i know wealthy collectors here and in europe have dozens or even scores of disposals, some by respected modern artisans, in a variety of classic or scandinavian shapes, others representing the great factory brands of the past. but you have to remember that albania is a poor country. i doubt that many collectors there can afford more than a single garbage disposal. in fact, it wouldn't surprise me to learn that most albanian smokers have to use manual implements to destroy their tobaccos.

They should look in to the readily available disposals made of dried grasses. Apparently, they work just as well as the high-end disposals made of much more expensive materials, and last just as long.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if later this year it was announced that this administration has rescinded all the new rules regarding tobacco regulation (an excessive burden on relatively small businesses) & we are back to where things were before all the FDA craziness ?
(One can dream can't they?)
