These self righteous, uninformed, blatherskitic, tobacco nazis.....

Well, let's just say; they need to get a life of their own and stay out of mine.

I think I'll have a bowl of Paladin Black Cherry.

Really? That is ridiculous. I am not very I informed when it comes to laws that deal tobacco, but can the Utah smokers order online still? I guess if not, people in Utah should start cellaring their favorites or be prepared to leave the state for their tobacco purchases.

It again proves that too many people have no business of their own to mind so in their self righteous stupidity feel they must mind the business of others!

I guess that it could have been worse... They could be trying to

save the whales in the Great Salt Lake. Bless their little pointy

pinheads.

I think he's a natural, anti-aromatic tobacco snob.

Let's all help save the children from Cherry Blend!

Buy a kid a tin of Escudo today!
He looks like a nice clean-cut guy. (Probably couldn't get laid by a crack ho.)

This nonsense never stops. About 10 years ago Crayola added scents to their crayons. They promptly pulled the entire product line when some "concerned citizens" complained that blind children would eat them mistaking them for candy. I kid you not!

Its like having braille on the ATM's at drive-through windows at banks.

We're being PC'd to death.

What right does anybody have to tell us we can't do something? What ever happened to land of the free and home of the brave? I guess pretty soon they'll have to change it to " Land of the free to follow our laws and home of the brave enough to live here". Also, when was the last time tobacco tasted like candy? sure it can be sweet but really?????

Per the article:
Earlier this year during the 2010 legislative session, the Clearfield Republican tried to ban so-called nicotine candy products - like dissolvable Camel orbs shaped like breath mints. Tobacco lobbyists threatened to sue and the bill stalled.
Now Ray is back with a broader ban: He’s added flavored tobacco products, including pipe tobacco, snuff and possibly even shisha used in hookah pipes. It would exempt electronic cigarettes and nicotine products used to help people stop smoking.
I wonder what would be revealed if one followed the money.
Maybe this Don Quixote can go after those little liquorice pipes and candy cigarettes next.
The only upside is that he's leaving e-cigarettes alone.

I heard a story about 5 or more years back that in one state they tried to ban tobacco use in doughnut shops because they didnt want kids exposed to the smoke. So the doughnut shops banned kids from coming into the shops, problem solved. Dont know if it was true or not but it was funny when I heard it. :)

I don't believe it is legal to ban an age group or any persons unless something that would be illegal for them is happening in said place. But that is just guess work I have no real knowledge of how the law would work in that situation.

Well, the troll succeeded in getting me to reply to the OP. He failed, however, to get me to even pay attention to his post about vaping.
