Torrone ??

… aka Italian nougat. Anyone else like them? My grandmother use to give me one if I was good, which wasn’t too often ? I still enjoy them ?

I love Turrón especially the soft one. The best Turrón in Spain is in Alicante, (Jijona) I recommend it, they are authentic master craftsmen......

My earliest memory was Callard and Bowser's (English) nougat with almonds and roes-scented jelly pastilles. Individual pieces wrapped in rice paper. ?

No more than any other mail order place. I especially like the soft torrone and am partial to the Oliviero rounds (pistachio/almond)
