Hard question considering my favorite pipes are not new off-the-shelf mass produced ones, and indie carvers don't produce enough to be displayed in stores. Any indie carver that produces so many that a store display is possible has already produced too many.
But I'll give it a shot in the spirit of the question. (And despite the fact that Iwan Ries and McCranie's are already dream stores.)
