From what I gather PibGorn is a fairy in an e-comin series that ran for 5 years. Never heard of it til now.

PibGorn is an ecomic by Brooke McEldowney that has been running since 2002. The orange haired girl with the mottled green skin is Pibgorn, a wood fairy. That's her boyfriend Geoff who is trying to light a pipe.

I read an earlier panel wher a djinn claims to have been summoned from an old Kaywoodie. Pipes seem to be a feature in this comic. Here's the link. You have to go backward a bit and then read forward since this is today's panel.
