Kind of hart to tell, but the draught hole sure looks like something you'd see on a briar, as opposed to the wooden shank extension into the chamber as you see with most MMs these days. Quite a handomse pipe.

Its nicely done for sure and the shank is also cob and had some turning marking on it. The bit is hardwood with a round orifice.

It reminds me a little of MM's 150th anniversary bulldog, but I like this one much better, really well done.
