Tobacco storage

Im going to use kilner rubber sealed glass storage jars to store my tobacco when it arrives as advised on a previous post, the batches of tobacco that i receive in sealed plastic bags is it best keep in bag and store in the jars or empty into jar only?

The bulk that I buy comes in ziplock bags, I empty the bags into the jar. ::

cortezattic, thanks for posting that link, I just spent an hour or so reading things and was totally enlightened on several issues. The powers that be should think about making a sticky for that site.
