You can try to keep a jar in the shed and "test" the temps...check it every so often to see if it keeps up...I also have a Tuff Shed in my backyard, but it's for my lawnmower and outdoor tool storage, I really don't want any vapors to leak into my tobacco, so i keep it in my room
Bootleg...never thought of the CD/DVD storage...pretty swell idea, and it's not too expensive...I have 2 kids (agres 3 and 4) so the lock will keep them out...Guess what i'm getting next paycheck!!

a humidor will always be the best solution for pipe tobacco and cigars
I thought this was a no no. My understanding was that pipe tobacco in a humidor is bad juju.
