You might want to look into silicone freezer bags.

The stores -- e.g., Walmart, Target -- aren't carrying them yet but I suspect they will in the near future.

How about a wide mouth stainless thermos.. kinda like the squat ones for soup. No good for the pocket, but would rattle around a saddle bag nicely.
