When I'm camping I take English blends, cherry blends and cigars.

I like a full, hearty blend in such situations. MacBaren HH Old Dark Fired or HH Bold Kentucky. I also second a previous recommendation of Irish Flake or Rattray's Sterling Flake.

Strong lat blends like Quiet Nights and Zulu or dark fired stuff like Cowboy Coffee. Those are my preference around the fire pit at home.

I wouldn’t smoke. Just a big wad of Redman in the jaw and some ice cold Strohs beer. Gotta spit in the fire and watch it sizzle……… That’s just how I grew up and my preference. I just enjoy the smokiness of the fire itself
