I am planning a move to neighboring Latvia next year. I found the tobacco selection at the few shops that I have been to in Riga to have a similar (limited) selection. The laws in general are pretty anti-smoking though, demographic info shows a fair percentage of smokers (comparatively).

From the choices that you have listed:
Marylebone is McConnell’s version of Dunhill (Peterson) 965. It is a pretty good Scottish blend and is probably (IMO) as good or better than the current Peterson iteration.
Old Gowrie is dependable VA when you want to take a break from Aros and English.
Amphora Burley is a very good Burley. It is simple, pleasant and never gets boring.

What a day! Today I found the Capstan Original Navy Cut in our tobacco store. The seller told me that was the last one they had. I bought it, of course! :)

Are you in Vilnius? Maybe it’s time for cigars! At least it looks like nice cigar shops there. :)
