Holy cow! All of 'em in one day? That is impressive! I find the 5th exceedingly fine, once you get past the overplayed opening and first movement. You?

Lol ! No, I should’ve said that I’ve started listening to this particular Gardiner version of the complete symphonies. I love Beethoven, but have to spread out the listening pleasure ! :)
BTW - I did have to take a break from the 5th for awhile in order to appreciate it again. The first movement is so familiar that it can be taken for granted IMO. The 5th Symphony is pure genius.
