To Twist and Pull, or to Just Pull (Stems)

I always twist and pull, gently of course. I never really though about clockwise or counter clockwise making a difference.

lostandfound, you did absolutely nothing wrong. I would never attempt to take a pipe apart without twisting first. Give us the name of the shop and we can start calling and telling the guy he is an idiot. Imagine if he started getting 20 phone calls a day, that could be some serious fun. lol
