This has become my latest trial-and-error process as a newbie. I've determined that ALL the tobacco I have has been too moist and drying for 15 minutes hasn't really helped. I now dry between 30-60 minutes on all my toby, and I like to do a charring light then wait the above time span...seems to dry more evenly that way.
