Welcome to the fold. Now that you’re here you most certainly will get the itch to cellar deeper and wider! It’s a sickness I tells ya! I still struggle with wanting to purchase more, more, MORE! But it’s not logical in my case (probably most of ours) as I have wayyyyyyyy more tobacco than I can smoke in this lifetime. It’s fun nonetheless! A fun sickness!

@jpmcwjr - Even though Im a default stranger I took your advice, thank you.

@cshubhra - I'm a serial hobbiest. To say that I got into spicy foods, growing peppers, making hot sauces, etc. - is an understatement. My "Cellar", um, fridge of hot sauces still haunts my lady.

Of course I've placed a watch city order since this thread started
Welcome fellow pepper and sauce maker! Do you do any fermented hot sauces by chance? That's all I do now.

Right now we just have 4 Big Thai Hybrids, 2 Tabasco, and a jalapeno. We also have a couple apple trees (hot weather resistant Ein Shemer and Bartlett Golden), a baby orange tree, and a ruby red grapefruit. If this keeps up I wont be able to fit the lawn mower into the back yard.

Haha I know the feeling. Awesome those are all peppers with great yields.

Welcome from Sweden!

How long have you been smoking pipes?

Growing/planting/preserving edible stuff is so much fun and can be done while smoking a pipe which is nice. This season I've planted blackberry, gooseberry, raspberry, strawberry, currant, rhubarb, apple, pear and cherry among others.

I too did not like aromatic pipe tobacco at first but that changed when I tried the British offerings from Samuel Gawith and Gawith & Hoggarth and learned to slow my cadence.

I've totally neglected aromatics from the Gawith's, I have a feeling I'll like them whenever I can get my hands on them. I've been an off again on again pipe smoker for about 5 years, been heavy into it for the last year.
