Definitely a show piece worthy of a display case. I can't believe such a delicate pipe has survived that much use and I'm sure that amazing pipe holds a thousand stories, congrats.

I love that pipe! I always wanted a claw meer, but always thought of claw meers to be toy pieces our just for looks, so I love seeing the well smoked ones!

You should get one. I have an AKB claw that's a pleasure to smoke, and love how the clawed bowl fits in my hand. Definitely not just for looks.

I bought it 5 years ago from an ebay dealer who I just figured out is no more. They were in Turkey. I paid 75.00 for it and it arrived in what I call plastic patio furniture white. While not exclusively it has been primarily used for Wilshire. (Think Tinder Box's version of 1Q)
