This is Bailey. She is a 5 year old husky/German shepherd cross that we adopted from the shelter. She loves skiing, bird hunting, and scaring the $#!% out of the UPS man.

I've been cramming to get a couple things done for the GKCPC Show this weekend and hadn't checked PM in a few days!
Sassafrass is 4 months old and growing like a weed. She is a shelter puppy, no telling how many breeds in her blood, but the Catahoula runs strong. Her mom looked like Catahoula crossed with a Rottweiler. Sassy has the general build, a little stockier maybe, the coat, the ears, webbed feet, leopard spots, cracked eye, and attitude of a Catahoula though.
She is a handful. Always wound up, with random 90 mph schizophrenic bursts. I think when she grows up she will be every bit as good a dog as she was a pain in the butt puppy :D
Here she is pretending to be sweet
Her left eye is Cracked, looks like flash from the camera but the inside is blue. When I first saw her about 5 weeks old, the whole left eye was blue and the right had a blue ring. Now the right is solid brown and left is cracked brown and blue.
You might not recognize the look on her face, but if I reach down right now my hand is coming back up like a gnawed up chew toy
And one of her favorite hobbies, cuddling with her stuffed frog.
And Good ol' Bo-darc just gets better every day. He is about 9 months old now.

Twice this month I have seen stories of dogs who slip away to sleep on the graves of there masters at sundown, returning home to the surviving family members each morning.

The Black and Tan is my 2 year old Gordon Setter, shaping up to be a great bird dog, his name is Cody.
The English Setter, Storm, is 11 and enjoying retirement, lol. He's got 100's of wild birds pointed and bagged on his resume. He's been a great companion and family member as are all my dogs. Gotta love them!
