Well I was supposed to be receiving a large sandblast Savinelli oom Paul today. But instead I received a tiny little mastercraft straight Dublin. Grrrrr.....

Hopefully the seller is honest and will send you the pipe that you bid on or refund your money if the item was not represented correctly.

Yikes - that really does suck. With luck it was an honest mistake by someone who has too many bids going on.
Ebay is always a gamble, but unfortunately, it's the only way some of us poorer slobs can get a higher end pipe without breaking the bank.
I hope you'll let us know how it is resolved. Good luck.

It's no the money. It's the principle. I just want the correct pipe. It was a gift from my father in law.

Contact the seller. May have been an honest mistake. I have done that myself-sent the wrong pipe to the wrong guy.

No need to knock the 'bay man, Sounds like the seller messed up. Get it resolved with him/her - or go to Buyer Protection - either way it'll get fixed. Trust me, I learned the hard way as a seller.

@austin not trying to bash anyone, just sucks feeling like a kid at Christmas when you open that box expecting to see a big beautiful bent Savinelli and its a little bitty straight Dublin.

Good luck Irish. I once excepted the wrong offer for something and had to go through a whole mosh mash of crap and it ended up costing me money. My bet is if the pipe was sent to another individual that wanted a billiard, he's not going to keep the oom paul. Those two shapes are on the opposite end of the spectrum.

Regardless of whether the mistake was honest or not, the seller is under contract to sell you the item as described, just like you are under contract to buy it once you win the auction.
A pain in the ass, yes, but it's one that the seller is required to fix at no expense to you.
