Surely you were able to recoup a bunch of cash from the plane charter when their employees screwed the pooch with bananas and peanuts!?!
Man, you really got to tag me in a post directed to me. Luckily I came back because someone else replied. The airline put us on a later flight after an ER visit. I didn’t get a compensation or letter of apology, but they turned a regular flight into an allergen free flight for us. And, our manager got royal treatment at the airport in a wheelchair, which was sort of overkill and embarrassing. I don’t know the exacts, but I was told they paid medical expenses to some extent. But, it definitely made us appreciate unloading at the Tucson airport.
