Not sure about that--there's nary a hint of grey matter in that skull, obviously. At most, cracking it open might only liberate some empty air from its otherwise barren prison.

The only thing the authorities should do upon nabbing this cretin is to snap HIS rearview mirror. You know, and eye for an eye and all that. The punishment should fit the crime. As far as I'm concerned, the humiliation of the tumble and its inexplicable popularity on social media is punishment enough.
