How do you mean “just up the road”? Here, it’s like 5-10min drive tops. Whereas I can imagine in North America it could be 100-200km?

Hahaha 50 miles (like 45 min drive).

I live a few miles outside the “census designated place” of Sutton, AK. There’s just another small “census designated place” called Chickaloon between us and Glacier View (another “census designated place” I’m sure)

All in the same River Valley (The Matanuska).
