Every dumb ass who was on the beach before they were closed should have been rounded up and sent to Quantico to be water boarded. The governor of Florida should have been done up first. Thankfully the mayors and city councils closed the beaches which was done so late.
I believe the level of contagion is going to sky rocket i Florida because of those dumb fucks,

Mayors, Governors, etc are limited as to what they can do. They have to do something so they can claim they kept the carnage to a minimum once this thing has run its course and medicine has caught up. It's simply the nature of the beast.
