A friend of mine was looking into moving from cigars to a tobacco pipe - I figured I would start his journey off right with a basic custom cob and some of GLP's JackKnife Plug. I used some 24k gold foil on the bottom of the bowl as a stamp for the design. It features a blue swirl lucite stem

I have 3 of your early pipes, 2 briars and a cob, they get smoked pretty regularly, and one of them is one of my favourite smokers, it has been used exclusively for PS Cube Cut. Glad to see you are still putting some out. Your friend us a lucky man indeed. :puffy:

I have been dabbling in cob-mods. I call this one the Cannadian-Cob.

I made it has a Christmas present for a good friend that loves to hunt and fish, So I made a mottled green colored bowl and antiqued the bamboo stem with some brown.

I have to give props to thesmokindragon for the insperation of his past cob-mods :D

Wow! Not seen this thread till now.
So, that's a corn cob done up to look like cherry?!?
Has anyone ever done a cob with a baby ear drilled for the stem?
