I'm not sure the era of that Wellington but I imagine it's very old. I've never seen one with so many stampings. Stem, band, left, right, and bottom stampings.

Well they won't get much Penzance! You should of went after my stash of #5.

WDC used that same script on some of their other models. Looks like a nickel plate band. My guess is 1900ish. Good looking pipe!
