It’s Saturday morning here in Sydney, Oz (we’re ahead of youse)
Just finished b’fast.

Looking forward to a couple of bowls this afternoon - my first in weeks since catching a cold
I abstain totally until all symptoms are gone as I have a few health issues which are par for course for those of my vintage
