What if say, someone doesn't have friends? I feel triggered by this comment.
When I read your parenthetical remark, I instantly thought you may have grown weary of hosting this thing of ours. This then led me to think of Ricky Gervais at the last Golden Globes.

We can do better than that. How about this: my younger daughter is dating a kid from Shanghai. How about if I sponsor him; his friends; extended family; and every adult in metropolitan Shanghai. That should bring us from last year’s record of 61 to something north of 20,000,000.
