My friend just shared this with me, I thought it was hilarious! I’m sure some of you have already seen this but thought I’d share it with y’all.
This was way before YouTube too!

Yeah, I was thinking late 70’s early 80’s?Funny video with a whiff of the 1970s I suppose.
Exactly! Hahaha!
This scene is what I'll remember this by as well. Some poor pipe endured being doused with mustard for this.Everyone knows you don't put mustard on a pipe.............. Catsup,...... ALWAYS CATSUP!!
And absolutely NO sweet relish!NOBODY puts ketchup on a hotdog!
I guess I'm just a rube............... ALWAYS CATSUP on the dogs............ What's "Ketchup"?NOBODY puts ketchup on a hotdog!
I must confess I have been guilty of that at times..but I make up for it with lots of sauerkraut. And absolutely NO sweet relish!
I would expect someone who puts it on hotdogs to spell it that way.I guess I'm just a rube............... ALWAYS CATSUP on the dogs............ What's "Ketchup"?
Seriously, nothing? I’m surprised by the lack of responses. Does anyone know who this is? Does he have more videos on the web? I would bet he’s still around, still smoking a pipe, he may even be a forum member. I would say he’s a pioneer, the OG, he paved the way for all the YouTubers that would follow decades later. I’d love to know what he was smoking and the reference to the lat bomb is just freaking hilarious… he is the stereotypical guy that most non-smokers think of when they think “pipe smoker”.
If you don't, I wonder how hard it would be to replicate it and have Threadless do a run for us.I'm going to have to see if I can find one of those shirts on eBay to give to my wife.
Wow! I didn’t realized he wrote so many books! I’ve heard of Rare Smoke too. Interesting. Thanks for posting the link.
