Was that a rhetorical question about how well the pipes smoked? They are fabulous! So much so I have to remember to give them a little time to rotate, very difficult. If I could smoke both pipes at once, I probably would.

I thought the props with the Wands, like the tamper and lighter, would get some attention. The Wands and matching tamper create a Downey triad, and of course the lighter is from Zippo's Four Seasons collection: I was able to pick up an incomplete set (as they turned out, three of my favorite seasons, Autumn, Spring, and Winter, missing Summer, which is pleasant enough but much too moist and hot for a state like Michigan) for a song on eBay.

I also recently got the 106 2016 Peterson Christmas pipe. Counting the recent purchase of the Neilson Sparrow, I'm gonna have to stay away from the pipe catalogs for a while...if that's at all possible. I need a Nording sitter for my desk...
