what's gator like?

Gator is a tender, mild but firm meat. I love it, but seldom get it up here in the PNW except in frozen nugget form.

I recommend it, though, if you are in a position to try it.

Last time I had really good gator was in Florida. The company I was with had annual pow-wow down there. Free flowing beer, endless ribeye, load of seafood, 5 days of Disney. That was back in 90s. Gator's good.
