We have a guy set up at our Saturday market who sells 'black garlic'. I bought one and it's good stuff - I used it in risotto the other day instead of normal garlic.

I went one year, and swore I'd never go to another. Crowded, hot, dusty.. But I did get to try some interesting dishes! Garlic Ice cream, for one. No, not worth a detour....
