Sparroa, totally agree with you, I was just trying to provide some insight. Perhaps I came off a bit crass, if so, my apologies as that was not my intent.
McClelland makes a lot of blends for other people/groups as well. There was a time, before the Internet really took off for us pipe smokers, that McClelland was the bomb. No one had their depth of selection and variety of blends. This was back in the 90's and they were the blend to collect and smoke.
But yeah, these days there are many more companies out there to grab our attention and McClelland does not have a strong Internet presence like Hearth & Home, Pease, C&D, etc.
