Baron, it's not unethical at all. A resume is not a complete history of your work experience, it is something to show a prospective employer why you are a suitable candidate for the position. End of story. I have done a lot of employment workshops over the past few months and it really taught me a lot about job hunting. :lol:

I'm sick of working for companies that go down the crapper or outsource my job to save a buck.

Thats why I decided never to work for someone else again. If I have to work twice as hard to make half as much thats what I will do, but for myself. Although lately I am working 3 times as hard for 1/3 as much :rofl:
