This small guy I most curious about- it’s a Tehaco, a German tobacconist’s brand. I am trying to find time to research the topic properly, but from what little I’ve read he looks to have a very interesting story and his pipes are allegedly manufactured by Dunhill. Also he had a 6 feet Meerschaum pipe, I think, that he showed off only to special guests and during the Christmas holidays for the town’s folks and kids to see. Intriguing stuff..

"The fruits of your labor" as in you restored them, or found them, or bought them (or stole them?)...
As in restored, but yeah this time I got off easy, with most of the pipes being in great condition. This being said cleaning still takes about an hour, then we have my most hated task of deoxidising the stems, teeth mark repairs on most of them, polishing and waxing, photography, editing… I guess that wasn’t balanced enough for the universe, or was just getting impatient, but while polishing the last stem of the day, it caught on the buffing wheel and now I have this to deal with:

Oh no!

Is it me or is there some “fisheye” to the photo? The Petes on the bottom have some extra “chin” going on…

I am kinda forced to use the 0.5x camera when I take photos for the forum with my phone, otherwise it says they are too big and over the limit… and that’s just for a regular photo with the 1.0x camera😤

It's encouraging to see that you make mistakes, too! And on that Nording Meerschaum! Bummer, man.
