The Danish Pipe Shop's New Website

I love... and I mean LOVE... what The Danish Pipe Shop has done with their website. I find it to be a huge improvement from what it was before. Now it is much easier to navigate and find what you are looking for, and even just browsing is a much nicer experience than it was before. In fact is much more browser friendly than it was before. If you're looking for a specific brand, it's a simple matter to just click on brand, scroll down, find your brand, and poof there are all the pipes in wonderful photos. Click on the pipe you're interested in and it brings up more photos and information about that pipe. The search option is especially nice. Out of curiosity, I simply typed in Nording on the search function and the search function became a new window itself, showing a photo of all the Nording pipes on site. I absolutely love what they've done, and thought I'd give the new site props as I haven't seen another thread on the subject since they revamped their site. :clap:

I've actually never ordered from them. But I do browse their site often. Although, many times I've decided I didn't feel like navigating through the site and browsed elsewhere. Now, I'm more likely to look around for a while. It's beautifully done. I know others here have ordered from them with positive feedback.

Shipping costs on large tobacco orders from The Danish Pipe Shop usually run 20% of the sale price, which is the same as the VAT which is calculated into the sale price, but you do not pay for orders shipped outside the EU. So, pretty much, the price you see on the site is the price that you pay. Shipping is prompt and well packed. Arrival time is determined mostly by the USPS and how quickly they move the package through customs. I've had delivery in under a week, but as long as three weeks when USPS really screws up.

I've ordered from the Danish pipe shop a few times. Always great service. The new website is great. If you do place an order from them make sure you pick up a few tins of the brown sugar flake. You can only get it from them. They partnered with Samuel Gawith to make it for them. You won't be disappointed.
